And if you try to do this and genuinely cannot recall ANYTHING. go through your notes and make sure you understand the material. Any question or confusion you have when reading the slides , ask chatGPT. Ask as many questions , ask it to dumb things down for you, until you actually understand it to where you can explain it to someone in your own words. Once you’ve done it for a section or chapter, try the method. Write it all out on the whiteboard, go back through your notes and add or correct what you wrote with another color. TAKE A PICTURE OF THE WHITEBOARD when you are done so you can compare each time you did this and hopefully you should see less and less of the second color ( your correction color). This works amazing for bio classes!! Hope this was helpful. Sorry this is so long
