no all nighter is worth it your brain actually prosseces information and memory whilst asleep so uf you don't sleep you'll forget most of what you learned faster so best tip is to study before sleeping and then sleep for the information to actually get handled in the brain well

So this one time I like wasn’t keeping track of time and I was on my iPad and I didn’t even sleep like I was supposed to go to bed at 10 pm and I still stayed up until 11am and then I fell asleep and woke up I at 2pm
