🤎 Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls 🥛 Dough * 180 ml warm milk * 50 g granulated sugar * 6 g instant dry yeast * 1 egg + 1 egg yolk * 55 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled * 360–390 g all-purpose flour * ½ tsp salt * 80–100 ml heavy cream, for pouring over the rolls 🍪 Biscoff Filling * 80 g unsalted butter, softened * 80 g Biscoff spread * 100 g brown sugar * 1 tbsp cinnamon * 4–5 Biscoff cookies, crushed 🤍 Biscoff Cream Cheese Frosting * 100 g cream cheese, softened * 50 g unsalted butter, softened * 40 g Biscoff spread * 80 g powdered sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * 1–2 tbsp milk * Crushed Biscoff cookies, for topping ⸻ 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Make the dough 1. In a bowl, whisk together the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Stir until the yeast dissolves. 2. Add the egg and egg yolk, followed by the melted and cooled butter. Mix well. 3. Add the flour and salt and mix until a sticky dough forms. 4. Knead until the dough becomes smooth, soft and stretchy: * By hand: about 8–10 minutes * Using a mixer: about 5–6 minutes 5. Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1–1½ hours, or until doubled in size. 2. Make the Biscoff filling Mix together the softened butter, Biscoff spread, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth and spreadable. 3. Shape the rolls 1. Roll the risen dough into a rectangle. 2. Spread the Biscoff filling evenly over the dough. 3. Sprinkle with the crushed Biscoff cookies. 4. Roll the dough up tightly into a log. 5. Cut into 8–9 rolls using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. 6. Place the rolls into a 9-inch baking pan. 7. Cover and allow them to rise again for 30–45 minutes. 4. Add the cream & bake 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F. 2. Pour 80–100 ml heavy cream evenly over the risen rolls. 3. Bake for approximately 22–25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. 5. Make the Biscoff frosting 1. Beat together the cream cheese, softened butter and Biscoff spread until smooth. 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated. 3. Add the milk a little at a time until you reach a smooth, spreadable consistency. 4. Spread the frosting over the rolls while they are still slightly warm. 5. Finish with crushed Biscoff cookies on top. 🤎 Enjoy! Tip: Don’t overbake them—the rolls should be soft and fluffy in the centre. The heavy cream poured over before baking is what helps give them that extra-gooey, soft texture. #seychelles #seychellestiktok🇸🇨 #creoletiktok #CapCut
