I’m not judging anyone, but if I lost a child while she/he was in the care of a grandmother, it would never happen again. Grandma would still be in 2nd child’s life, but in the care of? NO.

She got five years for this. and in court, ghey were forbidden from telling the jury about the first incident (presumably because she had already been found not legally responsible in a different investigation about the first time).I imagine she'd have gotten a longer sentence otherwise.
