sometimes all you want is just a good bit of yogurt & granola…nothing else! you'll need: - a small handful of any nut (i used mixed!) - 1/2 cup oats - 1tbsp olive oil (or another vegetable oil of your choice) - 2.5tbsp maple syrup - flaked coconut (optional) - any yogurt you like (to serve) method: 1. begin by roughly chopping your nut of choice! 2. place a small frying pan on a medium heat and pour in the oil and maple syrup to the pan. 3. add in the oats, nuts and coconut (if using). 4. toss around and ensure the oat mix is thoroughly covered in the oil and syrup! 5. stir around the pan ever so often until golden (about 5-6 minutes). 6. using a wooden spoon, gather the granola onto one side of the pan in an even flat layer. 7. remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes. 8. meanwhile, place the yogurt of choice in a bowl (mines from @FANI STUDIO of course! 9. using a wooden spoon, break up the granola into clusters (however big or small you like!). 10. spoon the granola on top of your yogurt, drizzle some honey if you like...and voila! enjoy xxx🍯 #granola #breakfast #breakfastrecipes #yogurtbowl
