Honk is just to alert someone that there’s an oncoming vehicle. If you’re walking, you don’t have to walk in the centre. You can just walk at the side of the road. Whether you are a driver or pedestrian, just be considerate and give way to one another. Unless necessary, we try not to honk. to the driver of the camcorder, u did the right thing by honking him, I know this for sure. I got 8 pts for my driving test last time because 2 ladies were walking out from comfort delgro ubi test centre in the middle of the road, and I just followed slowly behind cos I didn't dare to horn.
