Any illness will build immunities through your breastmilk. ❤️❤️❤️Keep nursing and hydrated.

Honestly just rest and lots of fluids! My breast milk production increased when I was sick! Be careful some lozenges have the same stuff as cold and flu that will hinder your milk production

Try Elderberry.
Don't forget, breastmilk is filtered by mum, and then bubs body also filters and processes.

Isn’t there a helpline you can call? In NSW there’s a helpline call Mothersafe and they can tell you if something is safe to take or not while breastfeeding/pregnant.

every time my 6 month old has been sick and I catch it after him, I ALWAYS stop and think about how much pain he must have been in and i feel so guilty. Now at the first signs of him being sick, I start giving him Panadol and Nurofen because I cant stomach knowing he was so miserable without any support.🫤😨
