@amanda__.please: Healthy Chocolate Bars 🍫 Ingredients Base: 6 Medjool dates, pitted (about 1 cup) ¼ cup cocoa powder ¼ cup tahini ¼ cup almond meal Topping: 100g dark chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil Flaky salt Method: Whack the dates, cocoa, tahini and almond meal into a food processor and blitz until it comes together into a dough like consistency. Line a small tray with baking paper…I used an 11” x 4” tray, but any small tray will do. Chuck the mixture in and press it down firmly. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth. Pour it over the top, spread it out and sprinkle with flaky salt. Pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes to set, then slice into bars or squares. Store in the freezer and let sit out for 5-10 minutes before serving.
