I actually picked up quite a few pm shifts on my days off because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy when the pm manages to forget to do the same things every night we work together. It really isn’t difficult if you don’t stop and talk for 20 minutes every 30 minutes. We are a small town home so overnight is also housekeeping I get all the floors mopped, bathrooms sanitized and kitchens cleaned and STILL get people up. Just do your job, you’re getting paid for it and time goes quicker if you keep moving.

came in at 7 vs 10... first shift never made lunch for tmr... second shift didnt make dinner... everyone still needed meds... I had to make breakfast still... so i made lunch for the week, dinner and breakfast... put everyone to bed then started my normal chores lol

As someone who does all shifts like day,arvo and night (I’m a bartender) why do night shifters get so much hate? Like man I’m cleaning the shit you aren’t bothered to which is kinda important to clean 😭 I’m doing the jobs yall were meant to do, when I’m on day shift I try and not leave anything for my night shifters 😭 I swear if I’d night shifters weren’t here yall wouldn’t have a mf job
