1 has more gloss on it. 2 sounds thin like it needs something. I think the bass is better on beat 1 but the instrumentation is better on beat 2.

I think you should use 1 as the main cuz is cold and then transition into 2 closer to the end to carry it out messing with the effects or even just fading out the beat gradually while the effect on the vocals get stronger
