@splitcroatiatravel: We thought we’d seen just about every type of superyacht passing through Split… and then THIS showed up. 😳 Meet @This Is It - a 43.5-metre futuristic motor catamaran that looks more like a spaceship, a sea creature or a piece of floating architecture than a conventional yacht. Built by Italian yacht maker Tecnomar, she is an extraordinary 14.5 metres wide, wrapped in more than 600 m² of curved glass and accommodates 12 guests in six cabins. On board: swimming pool, spa, sauna, massage area, huge panoramic spaces and an owner’s suite with a private terrace, a dramatic skylight and even a vertical garden spanning two decks. And the name has a story. The yacht was created for Cypriot entrepreneur Tasos Papanastasiou, who wanted something completely different from anything already on the water. When he finally saw the concept that worked, his reaction was simple: “This is it.” And the name stuck. Delivered in 2024, THIS IS IT became one of the most talked-about yachts at the Monaco Yacht Show and won Robb Report’s Best of the Best award for catamarans. And if you’re thinking you wouldn’t mind owning it… It’s currently for sale.
