That's good, that's why alot of police officers ate always on the defensive with everyone cause of people like this, he should of just provided the officers with his driver's license and that would of been it. The officer probalbly wouldn't have even given him a citation and would of informed him it wasn't leagal to drive the golf cart on public roads, bit I'm sure the man already knew that.
