For those “confused”: 1. Manny is the adult mammoth and he lost his wife and child. 2. Hiccup lost his leg because Toothless had to latch onto it in order to save him from the fire. 3. Dracula’s wife, Martha, was killed by the villagers. 4. Ellie was infertile and was not able to have children.

To people who didn’t understand. Ellie IS infertile. During that baby clouds scene, that's when they started planning on having a baby. They got too excited and decorated a nursery even before getting pregnant, which then turned out Ellie's infertile. If she WAS pregnant, there could've been an announcement scene where she told Carl.

i always interpreted the Up scene as ellie did have a miscarriage, but also found out she was infertile at the appointment and wouldnt be able to carry a baby to full term. most people dont make nurseries until they find out theyre pregnant so its reasonable to assume she was pregnant, even for a few weeks
