my favourite kind (for the almond & date granola) you'll need: - a small handful of almonds - 2-3 dates, pitted - 1/3 cup oats - 1tbsp butter / oil - 3tbsp maple syrup / honey (for the coffee yogurt): - 200-300g full fat greek yogurt - 1 strong single espresso (or double for a stronger taste), cooled - 2tbsp honey (optional) method: 1. begin by roughly chopping the almonds & dates until coarse (but not too fine!). 2. in a small frying pan, melt the butter along with the maple syrup and swirl around. 3. add in the oats, almonds and dates and toss to combine. 4. keep stirring around until the oats are evenly coated and begin to turn golden. 5. after about 5-6 minutes, once the granola is nice and golden - gather the mixture into one corner of the pan, flattening neatly. 6. remove from the heat and allow to cool whilst we prepare the yogurt. 7. in your serving bowl of choice, spoon in your yogurt and carefully pour over the espresso. 8. stir in until thoroughly combined. 9. once the granola has cooled and hardened (about 5 minutes), break up into clusters using a wooden spoon. 10. place the granola on top of the yogurt and finish with a drizzle of honey… enjoy!🤎 #yogurt #yogurtbowl #breakfast #breakfastrecipes #coffee
