This happened in Costa Rica, not America. This whole argument was in Spanish. Eduardo Ramírez Zamora was the guy in blue and the victim was Otoniel Orozco Mendoza. The argument was over a shared water valve. You’re welcome.

Obviously, the 52-year-old man wasn’t in fear of his life. And multiple shots was very excessive specially where the neighbor was trying to get away after the gun was pulled.

The law across all of america states you cannot use deadly force for physical altercation you just can not do that. let alone not only did he shoot to end the threat. he kept shooting he executed him.
