The market is initially in a strong bullish trend, creating an FVG during the impulsive move. Price then enters a correction toward that FVG while forming a Falling Wedge pattern. The key is not to assume that the correction means a trend reversal. As long as the bullish structure remains valid, the FVG can continue to act as an important reaction area. After reaching the FVG, price makes a strong bullish reaction and forms a bullish CHoCH. Another FVG is created around the structural shift. Instead of chasing the impulse, we wait for a short retracement into this new FVG. The reaction from this zone provides a more structured area for a long entry and continuation of the main bullish trend. 🔑 Key lesson: The best entry is not always the first move.
