It’s very true but it’s also worth remembering that unfortunately we can’t just wait for fascism to fail on its own. There’s small comfort in knowing the system is unsustainable when it can still survive long enough to consume everything of value in its way. Every wildfire will eventually burn out on its own, but it will destroy whole communities along with the wilderness if left unchecked.
