I want to really understand something.... is it by speaking English that makes u a well to do or been a capable hand... I have seen people who doesn't know how to speak English but they where the top in the class.... and making the right decision that has beyond impact was from them... u don't have to misjudge them by way of speaking...... the grammarian who was our governor does he have anything to show for the state all his investment as governor none was established in Edo state.... all his follow are struggling for survival right now... don't judge people by one way side...
