I was 197kgs 20 months ago and I’m 93kgs now 🤣 being able to go into the damn store and buy clothes is still weird and I sometimes still buy size too big cause I don’t think I can go smaller and still hate changing rooms

Congratulations! Literally my dream...I'm at 123kg as of today and just took my first dose of mounjaro because this PCOS and Insluin resistance is kicking my ass. If anyone has any realistic advice, I'd love to hear it!

I went from 138kg to 78kg, ive lost 60kg i had bypass last June. I would of been happy a size 18 or 100kg. To be 78kg feel so bloody amazing. Great work.
