Guys… I’m gonna give yall a little story that happened to me in my early walk and now everytime I think about it I cry. So I was worshiping and crying and begging Jesus to let me see his face.. all of a sudden I got this bright white light (my eyes were closed the whole time) then his face apeared but he was covered in blood. The thorns were on his head his eye looked missing. And yet through all that pain he looked at me with so much love and like he was proud of me. I was on the ground crying. But everytime I closed my eyes from then on I could see his face like it was burned in my retnas… Now though, I haven’t seen him. It’s been a year since I haven’t seen it and I’ve kind of started to forget it. So this was a little too close to my soul 😭

I like to think it’s also a little lesson, to not focus on appearance but that persons actions and who they are beneath. I understand curiosity but we really don’t need to know what he looked like but what his works were. Jesus is love itself, he shows us how to love the right way and to not lust after one another, for we are more then the body but spirit.
