This is where being professionally verbal MAY help your situation. Let them know that they need to find someone or you won’t be able or willing to live at work due to their turnover rate. If you’re a good employee, most decent companies will try to get you help. If you stay silent and say yes to everything, it’s easy for the boss man to think everything is okay and there’s no rush.

I'd rather be short staffed by 1-2 techs than a full shop. at least then I get great hours. I hate when everybody shows up and they don't schedule shit. but then they'll overbook the days when people are scheduled off. it's senseless
