Well it's only the enforcement that has changed to electronic even with that the officers have not all over been issued the machines yet.and still you must be ready to present details when asked(Immediately✌️right away✌️without any delay,"Not carrying it doesn’t mean you’re free"you can be given time to produce it. 2. *Police authority is still full*.The change is about _how_ they enforce, not _if_ they can enforce.Even though Police can’t just collect & keep your physical card during every stop anymore*. But *for serious road crimes, they do still have power over your license*
