I misunderstood the rolling period and genuinely believed it was calendar year, was almost arguing with the caseworker in the email and included the link to the guidance that I had read (and misunderstood) so glad I caught it in time and responded with the correct evidence just in the nick of time. Thank God the caseworker was a bit slow with responses. Lol

Are you sure about rolling 12 months period? I think there is a single continuous 180 days absence limit and like limit on total days absence for 5 years?
