so basically the client dyed it at home twice and because of that her hair was very damaged and started falling out when, she admitted to bleaching it at home and they let her know she had to get a pixie cut to keep the health of her hair so they did and she loved it more than she expected and everything went well (she wasn’t rude to the stylists)
