Real job titles, and they report to a chief of staff instead of to me. You can run a sales team, a support desk or an ops team the same way. Ori Silver on X runs his whole marketing this way. Here's the part nobody shows you. They all sit in my ClickUp. They open their own tasks, move them across the board, and mark them complete. They talk to each other in there too. When one gets stuck it posts in the channel and another one unblocks it. The chief of staff runs it like a project manager. It assigns the work and chases it, and it sent two designs back for being off brand before I ever saw them. All of it runs on a cloud computer, so it keeps going with my laptop shut. The thing I'd want to know first: all your bots share that one computer. One browser, one set of cookies, one file system. Separate screens are workspaces, not security boundaries. It's ten employees sharing one laptop, and every one of them has your logins. Use a separate browser profile.
