Don had the authentic confidence to do this, which what makes this strategy effective. It can't be for show, it's something you know-know about yourself. It's a great example but there's deeper personal work to make it happen like this.

Great scene yes. BUT - fact check- From a position of authority or power yes this is brilliant! For for top sales people, execs, partners etc this works very well. For most people who have to influence without that, this will rarely if ever work.

BE YOU. UNAPOLOGETICALLY. RUTHLESS, IF NEEDED. BE WILLING TO STARVE AND FREEZE MORE THAN THE NEXT GUY... eventually they will break and you will have already prepared for it.😉 nothing more satisfying than watching someone fold on their own CALL.😁
