I've been working towards 'de-googling' my phone over the last few years and trying to use more open source programs. Droid-ify is a great alternative app store for pre-packaged Android apps. Fennec instead of Google Chrome. . On PC Libre Office and Thunderbird (email client) instead of Microsoft, etc.

For shopping, stores and restaurants I'm using Canuck Cost app. With just a photo tge app tells me what companies/products are Canadian is the company ethical , ingredients in products and Canadian alternatives. ❤️❤️❤️

I am in the process of disconnecting a lot of my USA based platforms, if I can't find what I need in Canada I am searching other countries - I have found some amazing resources in Switzerland and Germany!
