Good airline but absolutely awful customer service in regards to the feedback and customer contact center. We had to cancel flights because Shanga Visa would not be approved/sent İn time. Had only been 24 hours and 40 minutes since I made the reservation that was a month away, and they kept $850 a $1030 ticket. Won’t even give credit towards future flight. I’ve asked for phone calls multiple times and they will not call to discuss. I’ve asked twice for a breakdown of how they came to that figure for reimbursement. TK-15117791
