That Kombi driver is reckless. Totally reckless. Some years back a taxi driver forced to cross a flooded bridge at Kwaggafontein and that attempt led yo the loss of life. Can't remember the actual number but it was a massive loss of life. Why noy take another route or wait for the conditions to improve?
