They don’t even feel the same in your hand. Police officers should be held accountable to a higher standard. Acts this wreckless caused a death and a year in jail…there needs to be equal standards for sentencing, not whatever the judge decides. Do this crime, it’s this amount of years. We need the justice system to be overhauled to standardize minimal sentencing. Accidental homicide should be 5 years. First degree is 25. Second degree is 15. No good time in jail either.
