My friend used to do this after night shifts 😂🤣 no idea why, most of us would be hanging but he’d have excess energy as he was going home. Seeing him skip home at like 7/730 in the morning whilst all the other 9-5 workers looked tired and miserable giving him funny looks was hysterical 😂

I’m 53 and my wife is 45. We occasionally hold hands and skip down our street. It will make you laugh and put that childish smile back on your face. Yeah you’ll feel a bit of a t1t the first couple of times you try it but it’s worth it. Give it a try.

I saw a bloke on his bike in his 40’s using the speed bumps in my village as jumps yesterday. It filled my heart with joy and made me laugh, because he was out on a ride and his heart was clearly still eleven!
