they have no fear or even concern about violating the rights of people many of them they would not sue or complain cuz they can not afford . those would complain their concern will be dismissed by corrupt supervisor or even get arrested for nothing .even you succeed to sue they have made chains to put on you so you can not move .the rings of this chain are 1-qualified immunity 2 officer himself would fabricate charges against you 3. complain will be dismissed in prescient 4- the chief refuse even to investigate 5 internal affair will cover up any thing they could 6. . prosecutors will not move .7 police union will pressure the mayor not to do anything. if you could pass all of these the buddy cam will not be released or damaged .8 corrupt judges will dismiss the case after all of these even you can get conviction the money comes out tax payers pocket he will not even be reprimanded but promoted
