There resent normal human emotions and cause so much chaos then get mad when confronted. They feel superior to you and are emotionally abusive. End it and they move on right away or probably before! Leave them! They don’t change.

They rarely, if ever, will "get it". They operate on surface level only and most are incapable of self-reflection or introspection. Never knew what an Avoidant was until too late. I saw signs that concerned me early on, now I know.

heard this enough I was convinced it was my anxiety. is started therapy to stop making my anxiety their problem. turns out I had anxiety because id been surviving in an unstable environment with no actual intimacy.

The only time my husband ever acknowledges how much I do is when he’s super drunk and crying about how I deserve better and also the only time he wants to be intimate and then gets angry when I tell him no because I don’t want to do that when he’s super drunk and thrown up on himself 😭
