I just had better weekly habits. 1. I did one big food shop. 🛒 If the right food was in the house, I made better choices. If it wasn't... I didn't. 2. I ate out only once a week. 🍔 Not because I couldn't have more. Because it gave me something to look forward to without derailing my progress. 3. I checked my average daily steps every Sunday. 🚶 If I'd had a sedentary week, I knew exactly what needed improving. 4. I repeated 80% of my meals. 🍽️ Less thinking. Less temptation. Better consistency. I saved variety for weekends and meals out. 5. I set one goal for the following week. 🎯 Not ten. Just one thing that would move me forward. Consistency isn't built by doing more... It's built by repeating the basics. That's what helped me go from 106kg to 84kg... ...and stay there.
