Hands stitching a sling for a fruit that doesn't exist yet. Hands holding the watermelon at the end. Sixty seconds, and hands are in almost every frame. You'd swear this man made that watermelon. The Qur'an doesn't say something vague like "Allah grows the crops." It names the hands: "That they may eat of His fruit. And their hands have not produced it, so will they not be grateful?" (Qur'an 36:35) Read that again. Their hands have not produced it. It doesn't say the hands did nothing — they did months of work. It says they didn't produce it. Doing the work and being the reason it becomes fruit are two different things, and your anxiety lives in the gap between them.
