😥 1200 people counted as "gone" ,those floods were tragic ,regardless of race or religion. Those are human beings who lost there lives

If a "symbolic funeral" is done, what happens if they find the person alive? Or if the person is found deceased is there a second funeral? According to my knowledge people are still being found alive, so how can one predict a person already "passed on"?

I believe it's got to be at least 20,000 minimum that are missing think about all the people that didn't have family like that it happened so fast a lot of people didn't see it coming or there was nothing they could do whole towns wiped off the map.
