Over cooked. By the time the bacon gets crispy the dove/duck is overcooked. I don’t understand the hype.

Overrated, marinate and the wrap the in bacon with dill pickle and red onion, you won’t do the jalapeno and cream cheese ever again.

Matt, any tricks to getting the bacon wrapped so well? I usually use toothpicks but it becomes a pain. Seems like if I don’t they fall apart.

bottle of jack Daniel's a handful of brown sugar and a bit of the seeds from the jalepeno in a pot reduce it down to a syrupy glaze drizzle on top

I would just add soak those dove in some Dales marinade. Game changer. I’ll try the glaze haven’t done that but I do bbq rub the bacon.
