@flowmigrationlaw: A joint lease can be useful evidence for an Australian Partner Visa but it doesn't prove your entire relationship. Living at the same address shows that you share a home. It doesn't necessarily show how you share your life. The Department looks at the relationship as a whole, including your finances, household arrangements, social lives and family involvement. Every relationship is different, so your evidence should reflect how your relationship actually works.
