There is a subset of people out there that think they'll never be able to develop an aesthetic physique due to their genetics such as having narrow clavicles. That said, aesthetics is usually a matter of proportions. In my opinion, what matters more than just purely the width of your clavicles is your clavicle-to-waist ratio, which actually improves as you body recomp. Yoie waist tends to get narrower as you drop down body fat and while the width of your clavicles never actually changes, developing your side delts and chest creates the illusion of broader clavicles. Take me, for example, I generally have pretty narrow clavicles, but because I typically hover around 10 to 12% body fat and actually have a pretty skinny waist (I wear 28-inch jeans). At the end of the day, there's no good reason to be pessimistic about your genetics when it comes to building an aesthetic physique. You can always improve from your starting point.
