Your pelvic tilt is not a pelvis problem. So stop trying to fix it by stretching your hip flexors, squeezing your glutes or forcing your pelvis into neutral. The tilt you see may simply be where your body ended up after losing its organisation against gravity. As your body shifts forward, your pelvis has to adapt underneath you to keep you balanced. So the question isn’t: “How do I fix my pelvic tilt?” It’s: “Why does my body need this tilt in the first place?” And this is why I often start from the floor. Your feet are your contact with the ground. Rebuild the tripod, change how you manage force through the ankle, knee and hip, and the pelvis finally has a different foundation to organise on. If you’ve been stretching and strengthening but your pelvis always goes back to the same position, comment ALIGN. I’ll send you our 28-Day Full Body Alignment Protocol, where we rebuild the system from the ground up instead of chasing one body part at a time. Don’t force your pelvis into a better position. Give your body a reason to put it there. #bodyalignment #learnontiktok #posturecorrection #fitnesstips
