I don’t get how people can be like this. Even if it was 45 minutes. We waited once for 45 minutes, turned out the waitress had forgotten to put our order in. We still were polite as she scrambled to get our food out as fast as possible.

Oh this grinds my gears every time like hello 12 minutes does not mean half an hour and then when we have shows on upstairs they complain about waiting an hour when they could just look around and think hmm maybe it’s so busy in here and there is a wait because nearly everyone else is doing the same thing, sorry for the rant

once we waited for food for 45 minutes with my family. and the OWNER stopped time to time through our table to apologice and offer us some little pastries and we were like: "hey no, don't worry, it's a busy day, we get it, take your time" why are some people alergic to being kind?
