You are wrong. Uthman already proved that if you burn all qurans, they will not be recreated by memorisers. Because none of the Qurans Uthman burned were recreated, despite being memorised.

This authentic Hadith shows the the Quran is neither complete nor perfectly preserved; We used to recite a Surah (which resembled in length and severity to Surah) Bara’at. I have, however, forgotten it with the exception of this which I remember out of it “If there were two valleys full of riches, for the son of Adam, he would long for a third valley, and nothing would fill the stomach of the son of Adam but dust.” [Hadith Sahih Muslim, Vol 2:2286, p. 501]

You can ask anyone to memorise any book, doesn't make that book true. Mohammad didn't even verify the different versions of the Qur'an in circulation today. Uthman decided which versions when he found people reciting different things - that isn't preserved, and not everyone agreed with uthman, another issue. We can find material differences between the Qur'ans today, and it's not translation or recitation differences, it real differences which change the whole context of the verse.
