I saw where the woman who left said she left bc her bff was going through stage 4 colon cancer and she was afraid she was going to start crying in front of everyone. It’s honestly so sad. I hope she’s seeing all of these positive comments and she’s healing 💕

My trainer always said he’d rather have me come consistently for part of a class than not at all. As a single mom, I would have to leave to get my middle schoolers to school. What’s wild was she referenced giving her time to the instructor AND those taking the class. Like what? That’s time I am giving to my self care. Not to others in the class

My equivalent is refusing to do burpees in my HIIT class. If I have to do burpees I’m not coming so I do something else during that time and do the rest.

She also may have let the instructor know she was gonna leave a little early, or what if her stomach hurt and she wanted to go? I mean geez as long as I didn’t have to leave early or the instructor didn’t end the class who cares!

Yesssss!! As an instructor we always want them to come for as long as they can, but I do prefer them to let me know so I don’t worry they injured themselves in some way.
