Heartbreaking 🙏💛 These our the words of Kevin Mchales daughter. This has been copy and pasted, It’s reads “2 years ago yesterday evening everything changed! John Brogan my abuser was shot by my dad. 4 days before this he was acquitted of sexual abuse, charges I brought against him. Brogan had 65 charges in total against him for sexual abuse of children, not just me, spanning DECADES. He was only acquitted of 20 which were mine. My father sat through the trial, hearing the evidence of what I endured at the hands of this pedophile. Following this, 4 days after the trial, Brogans brother in law and another man known to the family of John Brogan entered the pub dad would go to every weekend for a pint for 7 years. This was my dad’s routine! On the 5th of March 2023 these two men entered the pub my dad was in on the Sunday. They laughed and provoked him about his daughter losing the trial. Imagine the pain felt by any parent to listen to evidence of what your child went through, the perpetrator being acquired and then two men grown men laughing at you because your daughter was sexually abused and lost her trial! We have suffered years of provocation from the Brogan family! Our lives have been a traumatic rollercoaster ever since! I have fought for my dad, I managed to get him bail and I fought for everything that I could to give him any sort of freedom. He was with in my home for 6 days this Christmas just gone. I will keep fighting for justice. The reality is that this could have been stopped in the 80s. John Brogan had abused children over decades and the authorities knew about it! John Brogan was protected by Tulsa and the Gardaí. He avoided court and charges at that time by paying his way out of it. He was put of the sex offenders list in the 80s. Before I was even BORN!!! We did not reside back to Ireland until 1998. The state has so much to answer for! I reported my abuse when I was 20. Tulsa the agency that exists to protect vulnerable children told me to my face that they couldn’t do anything for me when I reported it. They claimed that he was already known to them and so nothing would come if it!!!!!!! I was 20 years old, battling surviving abu
