The worst cycle: breaks out in it, runs hands under hot water for amazing temporary relief, strips oils, worsening flare up + fissuring. I had to turn our hot water tanks maximum temperature down for self preservations

i have to use lotion after everytime i wash my hands. the worst trigger is the foamy soap in most restaurants and public bathrooms. if i don’t immediately put lotion on after using that soap, its the worst break out

as someone who washes her hand religiously i CANNOT have anything on my hands not hand cream, I’d wash my hands every time I put on skincare, body lotion, hair oil. I used to always have this a few times a year but now I haven’t had them in 2 years now because I changed my phone and use phone case now. that’s it, that’s all i did.
