When they are taking a conner kick , have you ever observed how they use that line before you consider this is as a goal. They consider a goal when the ball has crossed the line fully.

It wasn't a goal. Partly, the ball still touches the line. E.g see if they are taking a corner kick, how they put the ball as if not in that quarter a circle at the corner flag.
