Its a double edged sword. You take that call and its the last time you hear from them and you can't save their voice and replay it, or you miss the call and you have record of them forever but you have to live with never getting to talk to them again. 9/11 wrecks me every year

I visited the 9/11 memorial and museum last year. In the museum there’s an area where you pick up a phone and listen to these voice messages. So extremely heartbreaking.
