I’ve been a criminal lawyer for twenty years. It’s not a very complex case, at least not for a lawyer. You need to understand that the part of her unaliving the kids has been conceded for a long time, even before the trial started. Both the prosecution and defense is in 100% agreement that she did it. This has shaped even the evidence that you have seen and not seen, as there were never any alternative perpetrator-defense. No need to spend time proving something that’s agreed upon and obvious. Under the law, the jurors technically can decide she didn’t do it, but that is of course unheard of since everyone agrees she did it included herself. And I can tell you how the 11-1 split in the jury looked like. It was 11 for «She might have been psychotic during the unalivings» and one «she was not psychotic during the unalivings». There was no «she didn’t do it».

Until you’re in a very rare situation where you’re subconscious mind takes over your conscious presence, and you understand how a hormonal imbalance combined with a chemical imbalance, you can literally do things and not even realize you’re doing them, the takeaway here is that she had no motive, she did not have ill intent, she had nothing to gain, it just simply and unfortunately happened; as a believer, the grace is… those kids are now in heaven, a live in the most extraordinary forever life they could ever live, and they have already fully forgiven their mother.

There are only people who have only good things to say about her. There is literally impossible not to have a fight, not to have a scandal, high-school, work, other moms in a park (really wild territory)... She just kept a mask for to long... There is absolutely impossible to be a saint your entire life and blackout 40-50 minutes and became a demon. There is no medication on earth to change your true self or desire or believes. If you put an act for to long and play a role that actually IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL CHOOSE IF YOU COULD choose without being judged, loosing family, being blamed, sooner or later what goes around comes around... She had everything someone can dream but it wasn't her dream. Her true self was louder and amplified do to stress, lack of sleep, medication, but in the end remains her true self. You need to have that kind of cold blood in you to be capable of that and the prosecution didn't anticipate the pressure of media and other very bad people who advocate in her favor. Prosecution shouldn't be that sure on the evidence and actually make her entire profile. Prosecution could do a lot better. LC true self is on her eyes today when she doesn't need to play a role for nobody. You can actually see her coldness and how she memorised the last looks of her 3 children. Also, Patrick has a type with women from medical field (smart/clean/good money); for sure they did love each other at some point but at the end of the day I feel they had a marriage that was a "good deal for all the parties" only that one of the parties got tired to keep playing the game. These days moms are in a race, best bio food, best outdoor sports, best family photo vacations, best fun extra activities...they actually just overstimulate kids and drown themselves meantime. Vissit any village where traditions are the rule...simple life, no ppd or ppp... If you are not made to climb the Everest you don't go
