Now in an event where an employee says they want to leave the company with reasons below: 1.One Finds another job with another company. 2.One's health can nolonger allow them to continue working with the nature of the position (work with a motorbike, legs gets affected and one feels can't continue with same position but to stop working willingly). 3.One feels their immediate supervisor disrespects them and can't be heard by management and decides to go separate ways. What happens to their moneys?
