Guys let’s be realistic this is early 2000s ireland, when i went to school in Ireland my skirt was down to my ankles. Granted it was an all girls catholic school but still the skirts in Ireland for school are knee length if not longer, you wouldn’t find and skirts shorter then that unless you roll them up at the waistband.

theyre actually the regular skirt lengths. Most secondary schools in Ireland wear those long skirts normally girls would roll them up but since its a private school the uniform rules are probably a lot stricter.

Tommen skirts would probably be longer because it's a strict private Catholic school, but BCS wouldn't care its a public school and their not near as strict as private schools, most girls walk round with it rolled to the mid thigh or above the knee

As someone who is just out of an Irish secondary school, all skirts are like that unless they shrink or are rolled up, that was the length of my skirt in first year, and then in 6th it was only just barely past my knee
